How to become a forex trader

Traders in Forex are not born. They evolve. Successful Forex traders have achieved what we call a
“fitness landscape.” This is an ability to trade different strategies when conditions change.
A key measure of success is consistency. A trader who produces300 pips per month with a high level of
probability will earn more than a trader who trades erratically. FX Dimensions has changed the concept
of success from producing more pips to producing consistently. We pay anywhere from $5 per pip and more based
on proven performance, and contribution to team profitability. We employ risk management on all
trades and manage leverage as well. We are using institutional platform with our proprietary modifications.
The path to becoming a professional trader is a path that is now open to any level of experience. Becoming a
trader does require a series of steps at FX Dimensions. Each potential trader is tested for 21 days on our
exclusive and proprietary trading pad. We rank each trader into 5 groups of expected performance. We employ
exclusive performance measures that detect trader stability, emotional patterns, and trading skills. Our
objective is also to nurture and improve trader performance, so we provide exclusive in-house training to improve
each trader’s skills.
What happens to traders who fail to meet the 21 day qualifying test? We do not give up on you. We have
private seminars to upgrade your skills so you can pass the test the next round.
